Rodeo Drive

Building off of their pre-established brand, I helped Rodeo Drive, a small designer consignment boutique, figure out why their customers loved them. To make their brand more accessible, I helped them expand to the digital space. It began with a humble billboard with hours, an address, and some additional contact info. The next phase was a full website with featured items and a Twitter feed, including drivers such as emails and Facebook posts. This leap forward in time allowed out-of-state customers to shop with Rodeo. The most important thing I learned from this experience was how to empathize with people in order to spark their interest.
